Roasted ribs are a truly juicy and mouth-watering dish that many consider to be one of the best choices for barbecue dishes. The ribs are slowly roasted to make the meat perfectly tender and flavorful, while the crispy skin provides a satisfying crunch with every bite. The dish is ideal for a family barbecue or any occasion when you want a really hearty meal.
When preparing roasted ribs, the meat is seasoned with spices and marinades, then slowly roasted until the meat easily separates from the bone. The end result is a rich, juicy dish that can be served with fresh salad or crispy roasted potatoes.
Cut the ribs into smaller portions, then rub them with salt, pepper, Hungarian sweet paprika, and crushed garlic cloves.
Place the ribs in a large bowl, cover, and marinate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Place the ribs in a baking pan, add thinly sliced onions and caraway seeds, then pour in the water and drizzle with oil.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the ribs are crispy and golden brown.
Serve the roasted ribs with fresh bread, roasted potatoes, or coleslaw.
