Thoroughly wash the lemon and slice it into thin rounds.
Pour the apple cider into a medium saucepan and warm over medium heat.
Add the lemon slices, cinnamon stick, and cloves to the saucepan.
Sprinkle in the dried rose petals and stir well to combine.
Gently heat the mixture, being careful not to boil it, allowing the flavors to meld. This will take about 15 minutes.
Add the honey and stir until completely dissolved.
Strain the cider to remove the spices, lemon slices, and rose petals.
Serve warm in heat-resistant glasses, garnished with a fresh rose petal and a lemon slice.
