500 ml Heavy Cream
80 g Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Gelatin Sheets
2 tbsp Rosewater
10 Edible Rose Petals
100 ml Water

    Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until softened.

    In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Stir in the vanilla extract and rosewater.

    Squeeze the excess water from the gelatin sheets and stir them into the hot cream mixture until completely dissolved.

    Strain the mixture for a smooth texture, then pour it into elegant serving glasses or ramekins. Refrigerate until set (at least 3-4 hours).

    Once the panna cotta is set, garnish with edible rose petals before serving. You can optionally spritz a touch of rosewater on top.
