Clean the lamb chops, then season both sides with salt and pepper.
Prepare the marinade: mix the olive oil, lemon juice, finely chopped rosemary, and crushed garlic.
Place the lamb chops in a bowl, pour the marinade over them, and massage it in well. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they have a nice golden brown crust.
Serve the rosemary lamb chops hot, with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
