80 g Granulated Sugar
4 Gelatin Sheets
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Rosewater
100 g Strawberries or Raspberries for Garnish
5 Mint Leaves for Garnish

    Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes to soften.
