Finely chop the salmon fillet with a knife. Place it in a bowl and mix with the breadcrumbs, egg, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Form the salmon mixture into four patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Toast the hamburger buns in a skillet until the cut sides are golden brown and crispy.
Wash the lettuce leaves and slice the tomatoes and red onion into thin rounds.
Assemble the burgers: spread dill yogurt sauce on the bottom bun, top with lettuce, a salmon patty, tomato slices, and red onion rings.
Place the top bun on and gently press down. Serve immediately with a fresh green salad or sweet potato fries.
