Prepare the ingredients: thinly slice the pork belly, and toast the sesame seeds if they aren't already toasted.
In a small bowl, combine the sesame oil, grated garlic, salt, and ground black pepper. This will be used to flavor the pork.
Heat a grill pan or Korean BBQ grill over medium-high heat. Place the pork slices on the hot grill and cook on both sides until golden brown and crispy. Brush with the sesame-garlic oil mixture occasionally while cooking.
Before serving, transfer the cooked pork to a plate and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Serve the pork with fresh lettuce leaves, kimchi, gochujang, and cooked rice. Wrap the pork in lettuce leaves with kimchi and rice for a delicious bite.
