Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Toast the sesame seeds until golden brown, then set aside.
In the same skillet, cook the tofu slices over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
Before serving, sprinkle the tofu with the toasted sesame seeds and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Serve immediately, accompanied by a salad or rice.
