In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and dry yeast. Add the warm water and olive oil, then knead until you have a smooth and elastic dough. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
While the dough is rising, prepare the topping. Finely chop the tomatoes, bell pepper, and onion, and crush the garlic.
Heat a little oil in a skillet, then add the ground meat. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until lightly browned.
Add the tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Season with ground cumin, Hungarian sweet paprika, ground cinnamon, and parsley. Mix well, then add the lemon juice and cook for another 10 minutes.
Divide the risen dough into smaller portions, then roll each portion into a thin, circular shape.
Spoon the spiced meat mixture onto the center of each dough circle, leaving some space around the edges.
Bake the sfiha in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 10-12 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and the topping is cooked through.
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
