In a large bowl, combine the semolina flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and turmeric powder.
Add the sugar, then pour in the milk and oil. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds and almonds for a crunchy texture.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake the Sfouf for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let it cool completely, then cut into squares or diamond shapes.
Serve on its own or with a cup of tea or coffee.
