Add the smoked garlic and stir to release its aroma.
Pour in the ketchup, brown sugar, and smoked paprika. Stir well to combine.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Stir constantly until the sauce reaches a smooth consistency. Season further to taste.
Let cool slightly, then serve with grilled meats, ribs, or roasted vegetables.
