Preparation: Mince the smoked garlic finely.
Sauté Garlic: In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced smoked garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until fragrant.
Add Tomato Puree: Pour in the tomato puree and stir well to combine with the garlic.
Season: Add the apple cider vinegar, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine, then pour in the water.
Simmer: Bring to a simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the flavors have melded.
Refine: If you prefer a smoother sauce, use an immersion blender to purée. Taste and adjust the flavors as needed, adding more honey or vinegar to your liking.
Serve: Serve the sauce warm with grilled meats, burgers, or roasted vegetables.
