In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add the lukewarm water and olive oil, then knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the risen dough into two equal portions, then roll each out into a thin circle. Place the dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, and top with sliced smoked mozzarella cheese.
Preheat your oven to 482°F (250°C). Bake the pizzas for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Before serving, garnish the pizzas with fresh basil leaves, and drizzle with a little olive oil for added flavor.
