500 g All-purpose flour
7 g Dry yeast
300 ml Lukewarm water
30 ml Olive oil
10 g Salt
5 g Sugar
200 g Smoked salmon
100 g Cream cheese
150 g Mozzarella cheese
30 g Capers
10 ml Lemon juice
1 pinch Black pepper
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil
1 Egg

    Preparation Steps

    Sift the all-purpose flour into a large bowl. Add the dry yeast, salt, and sugar, then mix to combine.

    Pour in the lukewarm water and olive oil, and start kneading the dough. Work it until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

    Divide the risen dough into two equal parts. On a floured surface, roll each portion into a circle.

    Spread cream cheese over one half of each dough circle. Top with smoked salmon, capers, and grated mozzarella.
