In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, sourdough starter, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
Add the warm water and olive oil, and mix until a smooth dough forms.
Pour the dough into an olive oil-greased baking sheet and spread it evenly.
Place the dough in a warm place and let it rest for 2-3 hours, or until it has risen.
Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown and crispy.
After baking, let it cool for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
