Bring 200 ml of water to a boil, then add the black tea bag and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the ginger and cut it into thin slices to better release its flavor.
In a saucepan, gently heat the freshly squeezed apple juice, then add the cinnamon stick, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger.
Simmer the apple mixture over low heat for 5 minutes to allow the spices to meld together.
Remove the black tea bag from the water, then pour it into the spiced apple mixture.
Stir in the honey and lemon juice, then strain the drink to remove the spices and ginger pieces.
Pour into mugs, and garnish with a cinnamon stick or a thin apple slice on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy the warming, rich flavor of spiced apple tea!
