Bring 500 ml of water to a boil, then pour it over the black tea bags. Let steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you prefer your tea.
Remove the tea bags, then add the cinnamon stick, cloves, ground nutmeg, and freshly grated ginger.
Simmer the spiced tea over low heat for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Strain the tea, then stir in the honey until completely dissolved.
Add the orange juice, lemon juice, and apple juice, then mix well.
Refrigerate the drink for at least 30 minutes to chill thoroughly, or serve immediately if you prefer it warm.
Before serving, add ice cubes if you are serving it cold. Garnish with orange or lemon slices.
