Pour the elderflower cordial into a clean glass bottle or jar.
Add the honey and stir thoroughly until completely dissolved.
Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, and orange zest to the bottle.
Pour in the vodka and shake or stir well to combine the flavors.
Seal the bottle and let it mature for at least one week in a cool, dark place. Gently shake once a day.
After one week, strain the liqueur and pour it into a clean bottle. For the best flavor, let it mature for another one to two weeks.
