Wash the orange thoroughly, then cut it into thin slices to easily release the flavors into the drink.
In a large bowl, combine the elderflower cordial, white wine, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Add the orange slices, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Stir and let it stand for at least 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Pour in the sparkling mineral water just before serving to keep the elderflower punch fresh and bubbly.
When serving, place ice cubes in glasses and garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves.
