Bring the water to a boil, then add the black tea leaves. Let it steep for 5 minutes to allow the tea to infuse.
Thoroughly wash the plums, remove the pits, and chop them into smaller pieces.
Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, and chopped plums to the tea. Simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Strain the tea to remove the spices and plum pieces.
Add the honey to the strained tea and stir well until dissolved.
Serve hot, garnished with a plum slice and a cinnamon stick in each glass.
