Wash the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, BBQ sauce, hot chili sauce, and honey. Add the seasoned chicken wings and toss to coat them evenly in the sauce.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably longer, to allow the flavors to meld.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the wings are crispy on the outside and cooked through.
During the last 10 minutes of baking, brush the wings with extra BBQ sauce for added flavor and a beautiful glaze.
Before serving, garnish with fresh, chopped parsley. Serve with your favorite fresh vegetables or roasted potatoes.
