Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins in lightly salted water for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender.
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and let them cool. Peel and dice them into smaller cubes.
Finely chop the red onion and slice the green onions thinly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, mustard, chili flakes, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the chopped onions and the diced potatoes, then gently toss to ensure the flavored dressing coats all the ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Before serving, garnish with fresh green onions and extra chili flakes for an even more intense spicy flavor!
