Traditional Hungarian bean goulash served with plenty of vegetables and chunks of meat, garnished with sour cream and parsley.

Spicy Bean Goulash

Spicy Bean Goulash is one of the most well-known dishes in Hungarian cuisine, combining rich flavors and spicy notes into a thick, nourishing soup. Bean goulash is based on the traditional pörkölt (meat stew), which is cooked with beans and vegetables to create a truly filling dish. The hot paprika and spices give the dish a special flavor, providing a real Hungarian taste experience. Traditionally, goulash is made in a pot, so the different flavors blend well, resulting in a rich, aromatic dish.

This dish is especially welcome on cold winter days, but it can also be a perfect choice for a family lunch. Spicy bean goulash is at the heart of Hungarian cuisine and everyone loves delicious, spicy food.
