Stir in the honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
Allow the cider to continue warming for another 2-3 minutes, as the chili and ginger aromas intensify.
Strain the cider to remove the spices, then divide it among glasses.
Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a striking presentation and fiery kick.
