In a medium saucepan, combine the tomato puree, honey, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add the balsamic vinegar, mustard, smoked paprika, chili flakes (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Pour in 100 ml of water and mix well to combine.
Heat the sauce over medium heat and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently, until it thickens slightly.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more honey or spices to your preference.
Let it cool completely, then transfer to a jar or airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Serve with grilled meats, burgers, or roasted vegetables.
