In a bowl, combine the grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, chili flakes, and lime juice.
Add the tofu cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated tofu and pan-fry on each side for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the cooked tofu to a serving dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
Serve with steamed rice or fresh vegetables, and drizzle with the remaining marinade.
