In a large bowl, combine the flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt. Add the lukewarm water and olive oil, and knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the risen dough into two equal parts and roll each out into a thin circle. Place the dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese. Arrange the sliced pepperoni sausage and thinly sliced fresh chili peppers on top.
Preheat your oven to 482°F (250°C). Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is crispy, the cheese is melted, and the chili peppers are slightly browned.
Before serving, garnish the pizza with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with a little olive oil to enhance the flavors.
