Spicy pickled pimentos served in a jar

Spicy Pickled Pimentos

The slightly sweet flavor of the pimento peppers is perfectly balanced by the spicy chili flakes and the tangy vinegar brine. The spicy version is especially popular in Latin American and Mediterranean cuisine, where pickled peppers enrich the flavor of dishes. Spicy pickled pimentos are an excellent choice for those who enjoy spicy pickles. They are a great addition to sandwiches, grilled meats, or salads.
