In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
Crumble the feta cheese into the ground beef mixture and mix well to ensure it's evenly distributed.
Divide the meat into four equal portions and form them into patties.
Heat a skillet or grill to medium-high heat and lightly coat with olive oil.
Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until nicely browned and cooked through.
In another skillet, sauté the chopped red onion and minced garlic until softened. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
Halve the hamburger buns and toast them lightly in a dry skillet or on the grill.
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, then top with the spinach mixture.
Place the feta cheese-infused beef patty on top of the spinach.
Add tomato slices and pickle slices, then drizzle with a little mustard.
Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately with fries or a fresh salad.
