Once the spinach has softened, remove from heat and crumble in the feta cheese. Mix well.
Warm the pita bread in a skillet or oven until slightly crispy.
Prepare the yogurt sauce: combine the Greek yogurt with finely chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Fill the warm pitas with the spinach and feta mixture, then drizzle with the yogurt sauce.
Serve immediately, optionally drizzled with extra lemon juice or olive oil.
