Roll the dough out very thinly, about 1-2 mm thick, and place it on a sheet of parchment paper.
Preheat your oven to 480°F (250°C) and prepare a pizza pan or baking sheet.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with dried oregano.
Evenly distribute the Provel cheese (or your substitute blend) over the tomato sauce.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is crisp.
After baking, let the pizza rest for 2-3 minutes. Cut into square pieces and serve immediately.
