Layer the ingredients in glasses: start with a layer of ladyfingers, followed by a layer of the mascarpone cream, and then spoon in the diced strawberries.
Add a thin layer of strawberry jam, then repeat the layering until the glass is full.
Top with fresh strawberries and garnish with a mint leaf.
Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
