Roll out the pizza dough slightly larger than your baking sheet, allowing extra space for the stuffed crust.
Place mozzarella cheese pieces around the edge of the dough. Fold the dough over the cheese, pressing firmly to seal the crust and prevent it from opening during baking.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
Arrange the shrimp, black mussels, and calamari rings on top of the cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with minced garlic and fresh parsley.
Bake the pizza for 15-18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the stuffed crust is golden brown.
After baking, drizzle with fresh lemon juice and let it rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving immediately.
