Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
Roll out the pizza dough into a large circle. Arrange the sliced mozzarella along the edges of the dough. Fold the dough over the cheese to completely enclose it, forming a stuffed crust. Gently press down the edges to seal them well, preventing them from opening during baking.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the center of the dough, being careful not to get any sauce on the stuffed crust.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce. Evenly distribute the gorgonzola, parmesan, and ricotta cheese pieces on top.
Sprinkle the dried oregano over the pizza to create the perfect flavor harmony.
Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the cheeses are melted, the stuffed crust is golden brown, and the pizza is crispy.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy the special cheesy flavor of the stuffed crust with the classic Quattro Formaggi!
