2 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
100 g Butter
4 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Thyme
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Onion
2 Carrot

200 ml White Wine

    Thoroughly clean the turkey, then rub the inside with salt and pepper.

    Mix the butter with crushed garlic, rosemary, thyme, and lemon juice. Carefully loosen the skin of the turkey and spread the flavored butter underneath.

    Place the onions, carrots, and celery inside the turkey's cavity.

    Place the turkey in a roasting pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for approximately 3-3.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
