Cut the beef into thin, long slices and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the ground peanuts, Hungarian sweet paprika, cayenne pepper, ground ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to create a flavorful spice rub.
Coat the beef with olive oil, then dredge it in the spiced peanut mixture, ensuring it's well coated on all sides.
Thread the beef slices onto the skewers. Let them rest for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Preheat your grill or prepare a charcoal grill. Place the skewers on the grill rack and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, until the beef is nicely charred and cooked through.
Serve the Suya hot, with fresh salad or bread. Garnish with extra ground peanut powder, if desired.
