Dip the beef slices into the spice mix, making sure both sides are evenly coated.
Thread the spiced beef slices onto the skewers, ensuring the slices do not overlap too much.
Grill the skewers over hot charcoal or on a grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning frequently, until the meat is tender and nicely browned.
Before serving, sprinkle the skewers with a little extra spice mix and serve with fresh vegetables or salad.
