Peel the oranges and chop them into small pieces. Grate the ginger.
In a medium saucepan, combine the chopped oranges, grated ginger, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt.
Pour in the water and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the chutney has thickened and become sticky.
Let it cool, then serve with cheeses, roasted meats, or toast.
