Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, raisins, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, and sour cream until you have a creamy filling.
Place one sheet of strudel dough on your work surface and brush it thinly with oil. Place another sheet of dough on top and repeat the brushing.
Along one edge of the strudel dough, place a line of the cottage cheese filling. Gently roll up the dough, and place it on the baking sheet.
Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used.
Brush the tops of the strudels with oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the strudels cool, then dust with powdered sugar, slice, and serve.
