Add the tomatoes and chili pepper, then season with salt, pepper, oregano, smoked paprika, and cumin. Cook for another 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a flame until lightly charred.
Fill the tortillas with the seasoned ground beef and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
Before serving, squeeze fresh lime juice over the tacos to enhance the flavors.
