Finely chop the onion, garlic, tomato, and chili pepper.

Add the tomato and chili pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the tomato has completely softened.
Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and oregano. Add the chicharrón, stir to combine, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a flame until lightly charred.
Fill the tortillas with the seasoned chicharrón mixture and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the tacos before serving to enhance the flavors.
