Squeeze fresh lime juice over the salsa and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a flame until lightly toasted.
Fill the tortillas with grilled chicken, then spoon the guava salsa over the top.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice before serving.
