In a hot skillet, sear the marinated octopus for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly caramelized.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a flame until slightly charred.
Fill the tortillas with the seared octopus, then sprinkle with fresh cilantro, chopped onion, and avocado.
Before serving, squeeze fresh lime juice over the tacos to enhance the flavors.
