Tandoori chicken baked in yogurt marinade and served with fresh herbs

Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori Chicken is a true Indian specialty made with chicken cooked in a tandoor oven with a spiced marinade. The chicken first rests in a yogurt and spice marinade so that the flavors completely permeate the meat, and then it is cooked in a tandoor oven or a simple oven until it is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The spices in the marinade, such as garam masala, turmeric, cumin and paprika, give the dish a distinctive flavor that we have only experienced in Indian restaurants. The food is just as spicy as it is fragrant and mouth-watering.

For lovers of Indian cuisine, Tandoori Chicken is an unmissable dish that offers a spicy experience in every bite.
