1 kg Goat meat
200 g Plain yogurt
2 tbsp Lemon juice
3 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Ginger
2 tbsp Tandoori masala
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
20 g Fresh cilantro

    Clean the goat meat and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

    In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, grated garlic and ginger, tandoori masala, paprika, turmeric, cumin, and salt.

    Add the goat meat to the marinade and mix well to coat all the pieces. Cover and marinate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, in the refrigerator.

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare a grill for medium-high heat.

    Place the marinated meat on a baking sheet or grill grate. Drizzle with a little vegetable oil and bake or grill for 25-30 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and golden brown. Turn the pieces occasionally during cooking to ensure even cooking.

    Before serving, garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with naan bread or basmati rice.
