Tequila lime sauce served

Tequila Lime Sauce

Tequila Lime Sauce is a refreshing and distinctive Mexican-inspired accompaniment, blending the tartness of lime with the smoky character of tequila. This sauce is perfect for grilled meats, fish, or seafood. Tequila, one of Mexico's most famous drinks, and lime, a staple ingredient in many of the country's dishes, create a wonderful harmony in this recipe. Tip: If you prefer a less alcoholic flavor, cook the sauce longer to allow the alcohol to evaporate while retaining the flavors.
