Remove the cooked beef from the pan. In another skillet, sauté the smoked duck or ham for a couple of minutes until lightly browned.
Warm the pita breads in a skillet or oven until slightly crispy.
Place the beef and the sautéed smoked duck or ham inside the pitas. Sprinkle with arugula leaves and sun-dried tomatoes.
Top with Camembert slices and drizzle with balsamic vinegar for an extra burst of flavor.
Sprinkle with fresh thyme, fold the pita, and serve immediately.
