Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey (or agave syrup), grated ginger, minced garlic, and chili flakes. Pour over the tofu and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the tofu on all sides until golden brown and crispy.
Add the remaining marinade to the skillet and sauté for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the tofu to absorb the flavors.
Sprinkle the tofu with toasted peanuts and fresh cilantro. Drizzle with fresh lime juice before serving.
Serve over steamed rice or with a fresh salad to highlight the rich flavors of the tofu and peanuts.
