300 g Firm tofu
200 g Broccoli florets
2 Carrots
1 Red bell pepper
1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
30 ml Soy sauce
10 ml Sesame oil
10 g Fresh ginger, grated
10 g Sesame seeds (optional)
20 ml Olive oil
0.5 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Black pepper

    Cut the tofu into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides, then set aside.

    Cut the broccoli into small florets. Julienne the carrots. Cut the bell pepper and onion into strips.

    Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the grated ginger and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

    Add the onion, carrots, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
