Add the crumbled tofu and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
Pour in the soy sauce and season with ground cumin, smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Lightly toast the corn tortillas in a dry skillet to keep them pliable.
Serve the spiced fried tofu on the tortillas, then sprinkle with finely chopped red onion, fresh cilantro, and thinly sliced red cabbage.
Add freshly sliced avocado and diced tomato. Serve with lime wedges so everyone can squeeze fresh lime juice on top.
