30 ml Olive oil
30 ml Soy sauce
3 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Smoked paprika
0.5 tsp Chili flakes
1 tsp Salt

10 Small corn tortillas
1 Red onion
10 g Fresh cilantro
2 Lime
1 Avocado
150 g Tomato
100 g Red cabbage (thinly sliced)

    Press the tofu using a kitchen towel to remove excess water, then crumble it into small pieces.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet, and sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic until softened.
